dynamics and facilitation, business writing, and presentations.

Svetlana Eremenko

Dr. Svetlana Eremenko is an Organizational Development consultant,
coach, trainer and trusted advisor with a diverse scientific background
in Bioscience & Technology. Her strength is the ability in quickly
bridging the gap between theories, frameworks and a company's
success. Dr Eremenko’s areas of expertise include Open Systems
Approach to Organizational Development; Group Dynamics;
Leadership Effectiveness, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving;
techniques to maximize Creativity, in addition to technical expertise in
Bioscience& Technology. Her international consulting experience
ranges from advising senior executives on strategic development in
Clinical Diagnostics to Organizational Development and Performance
Improvement as her current career focus. Svetlana’s primary teaching
and training experience includes graduate and undergraduate
biomedical and social sciences courses; Organizational Development
and Change Management in Healthcare; and Leadership workshops
for traditional MBA.

Ricardo Moncho, Jr.

Ricardo Moncho is a licensed psychologist, facilitator, and executive
coach. He facilitates executive and graduate level courses and
teaches on various aspects of leadership development in North
America and Latin America.  His expertise includes:  building trust and
rapport, giving and receiving feedback, assertiveness, listening,
collaboration, influence, conflict management, group dynamics and
facilitation, crisis management, psychological assessment, and
typology.  

He has coached and counseled executives and other professionals in
leading professional service firms and cutting-edge aerospace and
defense industries, including:  Via Sat, Caterpillar, Boeing, Solar
Turbines, Northrop Grumman, Booz Allen Hamilton, NASA’s Jet
Propulsion Laboratories, and Cal Tech.
Christina's Bio
Christina Klein

Christina has been a faculty member at M.I.T’s Sloan School of
Management, U.S.C.’s Marshall School of Business, and U.C.L.A’s
Anderson Graduate School of Management.  She teaches a breadth of
marketing topics, including marketing management, marketing
research, sales, and international marketing.  She enjoys her role as
executive educator, teaching students from multinational firms such as
Boeing, Solar Turbine, and Northrop Grumman.
